Food- Cashew Snack.

Cashew nut is one the most nutritious foods out there that is unheard of. it contains some vitamins that promotes the growth of the human body. The apple parts of this fruit can also be used for various profitable dishes such as fresh fruits or juice, as a minor ingredient in food preparation, animal feed formulation, production of mushroom, weedicide, ethanol and manure.



It is very important that individual consumes cashew nut at least once a day to boost vital nutrients like Vitamin B, E and K. Also, consuming cashew nuts can enhance growth by providing minerals like magnesium, phosphorus, copper and zinc. These are very crucial for several body processes.


There are various ways to consume cashew nut. it can be eaten as snack or as a main meal and a dessert, here is a recipe on how to make a cashew snack.

Honey Roasted Cashew Nut.

Ingredients:

  • Cashew nuts

  • Honey

  • Butter.

  • Salt (optional).

Procedure:

  1. Stir honey together with the butter in a pan.

  2. Add salt and cashew and stir until every piece of cashew is coated with the mixture.

  3. Sover a baking pan tray with a layer of aluminum foil.

  4. Spread the nuts in a single layer and bake for 10 minutes. Give them a stir way through to stop burning.

  5. Sprinkle salt on when you take them out of the oven.
